Romanism is the essence of being Roman, a sense of belonging that binds us to our city, that emotion that grieves the heart when you pass, even every day, in front of the Majesty of the Colosseum.
That way of being, a little' brusque, caciaroni but frank and sincere; true!

If you are looking for a gourmet restaurant, feel gastro cool or like the dishes to finish with a fork follow my advice... forget my Trattoria.

If you want to eat Roman, with traditional dishes both in ingredients and preparation, in a strictly family atmosphere you will always be welcome!

THE WHOLE STORY AROUND US

Resting on the Tomb of Priscilla, wife of Titus Flavio Abascanto freed from the Emperor Domitian, was built in 400 an ancient post station where travelers and horses followed stopped to refuel from long journeys.. Over the centuries, the station became a Locanda and then a Trattoria that my family has run since 1902.
Priscilla is another "story"
